Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you ("Customer") subscribe to the LitePOS software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by LitePOS at https://pos.epostu.com.

1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to LitePOS, you agree to comply with this Agreement and our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

LitePOS offers various subscription plans based on business type, feature requirements, and number of users. Plan details, pricing, and included features are available on our pricing page or as agreed upon during onboarding.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in this agreement.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

4. Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and pricing as your current plan.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Upgrade / Downgrade

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. New charges or credits will be applied pro-rata as per your subscription change date.

7. Termination by LitePOS

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you breach any terms, misuse the platform, or fail to make payments.

8. Changes to Agreement

LitePOS may revise this Subscription Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated agreement.
